David joined the firm in 2019. He graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2007 where he was on the Dean’s List and was the recipient of the CALI Awards for Constitutional Law and Statutory Interpretation. David attended the College of Charleston where he earned degrees in Political Science and Psychology and earned memberships in the Political Science and Psychology honor societies. For over a decade, David’s practice focused on insurance defense litigation, with an emphasis on the construction industry as well as matters involving personal injury. Prior to law school, David worked in the insurance industry providing consultation to business owners and regional builders on all issues of commercial liability protection.
